Practical, respectful help with the everyday things that make independent living possible — at home, and in your community.
Overview
Whether you live in your own place or share a home, our support workers help with the day-to-day tasks of living well — the way you like them done. We focus on your independence, not just getting jobs finished, so you build confidence and skills over time.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help to live as independently as possible — on your own, or sharing a home with others. We tailor support to each person in the home, prioritise a good match between housemates, and provide a consistent team who get to know your routines.
How we work
We prioritise continuity and a good personality match, so you see familiar faces.
We follow your routines and preferences, and support your choices every day.
We build skills over time, so you can do more of what matters to you.
